Gudy'yi indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Gudy'yi kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın.
Topluluk kuralları
Gudy'de kullanıcıların oluşturduğu içerik (sohbet mesajları, kullanıcı adları, profil fotoğrafları) için uygunsuz içeriğe ve taciz edici davranışa sıfır tolerans uygulanır. Yasaklananlar:
- Taciz, zorbalık, nefret söylemi veya tehdit,
- Müstehcen, pornografik veya şiddet içeren içerik,
- Spam ve istenmeyen tanıtım,
- Başkasının kimliğine bürünme,
- Yasa dışı her türlü içerik ve faaliyet.
Uygulama içinden herhangi bir mesajı şikâyet edebilir ve herhangi bir kullanıcıyı engelleyebilirsin (mesaja basılı tut). Şikâyetleri inceler, kural ihlallerinde içeriği kaldırır ve gerekirse hesabı önceden bildirim yapmaksızın askıya alır veya kapatırız.
İçerik ve YouTube
Gudy video barındırmaz. Videolar YouTube'un resmî gömülü oynatıcısıyla oynatılır; YouTube'un hizmet koşulları izlediğin içerik için geçerlidir. İzlediğin videoların telif hakları sahiplerine aittir.
Hesabın
Hesabından ve hesabınla yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun. Kullanıcı adları ilk alan kişinindir; ticari marka ihlali veya kimliğe bürünme tespit edilirse kullanıcı adı geri alınabilir. Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulamadan silebilirsin (Profil → Hesabı sil).
Hizmetin sağlanması
Gudy "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hizmeti geliştirmek için özellikleri değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz; yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Değişiklikler
Bu koşullarda önemli bir değişiklik olursa bu sayfada yayımlarız; kullanmaya devam etmen güncel koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

By downloading or using Gudy you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use Gudy.
Community rules
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior in user-generated content on Gudy (chat messages, usernames, profile photos). The following are prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats,
- Obscene, pornographic, or violent content,
- Spam and unsolicited promotion,
- Impersonation of others,
- Any illegal content or activity.
You can report any message and block any user from within the app (long-press a message). We review reports, remove violating content, and may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.
Content and YouTube
Gudy does not host videos. Playback happens through YouTube's official embedded player, and YouTube's Terms of Service apply to the content you watch. Videos belong to their respective rights holders.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for activity carried out with it. Usernames are first-come, first-served; we may reclaim a username in cases of trademark infringement or impersonation. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
The service
Gudy is provided "as is." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, are not liable for indirect damages.
Changes
If we make material changes to these terms we will publish them on this page; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
